The Clean Energy Districts of Iowa (through the City of Decorah) is one of the only thirteen recipients of a nationally competitive EECBG (Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant) grant from the US Department of Energy. CEDI has also received a technical assistance grant from REAP, the Rural Energy for America Program. As a result, CEDI has openings for two energy coaches (half-time), a grant manager (0.75 to full-time), one commercial energy auditor / engineer (full-time), and two commercial energy auditors / planners (full-time).
