Insulation saves money!
Howard County Energy District worked with the Bouska Trust to award funding to the Cresco Theatre & Opera House for insulation of the south temporary wall where the Scene Shop used to be. Weatherization expert and HCED board member Jim Perry suggested that spray foam would be more effective than the batt insulation that was originally requested, and the work was recently completed. The new insulation will save heating and cooling costs and will make the backstage area much more comfortable.
